# Pages

> See what is live on your academy, catalog, channel, and public catalog pages. Preview any version, publish or roll back, and manage languages.

**Admin** > **Settings** > **Pages** is where you manage the designed pages in your organization. For each page you can see what is live, preview any saved version, publish a version, roll back to an earlier one, and add languages.

Pages are designed in a conversation with your AI assistant once it is connected to Juno. See the [Juno MCP server](/mcp/overview). The **Pages** tab does not edit a design. It controls which saved version learners see.

## The four tabs

Which tabs you see depends on your organization's setup.

| Tab | Page it manages | Who sees it |
| - | - | - |
| **Company academy** | The designed page that replaces the standard Company Academy | Admins |
| **On-demand catalog** | The designed page that replaces the standard On-Demand Catalog | Admins, when your organization has the LXP module |
| **Channels** | The designed page of one channel at a time | Admins, when your organization allows channel layout editing |
| **Public catalog** | The landing pages and styles of your public catalog | Admins, when the public catalog is turned on |

<Note>
  The **Public catalog** tab only appears when your organization's public catalog is turned on. This may not be enabled for your organization. Ask Juno support to turn it on.
</Note>

If a tab has no designed page yet, it says so. Learners then see the standard page, for example "No custom academy page: employees see the standard academy."

## Versions: preview, publish, and roll back

Every time a page is saved, Juno stores it as a new version. A saved version never changes. Publishing picks which version learners see.

Each version shows its number, who saved it, when, and a status:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Draft** | Saved, not yet visible to learners |
| **In review** | Saved and waiting for review. Not visible to learners until it is made live |
| **Live** | The version learners see now |
| No label | An earlier version that was live before and has since been replaced |

Open a language row to see its versions, newest first. Each version has these actions:

| Action | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Preview** | Shows the page exactly as learners would see it, without changing anything |
| **Make live** | Publishes this version after you confirm. Learners see it right away |
| **Delete** (in the version's menu) | Removes the stored version after you confirm. You cannot delete the live version, or a version that a translation was built from |

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the language">
    On a tab, select the language row, for example **English**, to open its saved versions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Preview the version">
    Select **Preview** on the version you want to check.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Make it live">
    Select **Make live**, then confirm. To roll back, do the same on an earlier version. The version that was live stays saved.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  Deleting a version is permanent. It cannot be undone or rolled back to afterwards.
</Warning>

## Languages and translation

A page has one **source** language, marked **Source**. Every other language is a complete copy of the source page in that language, with its own versions.

Readers whose language is not published see the source-language page. Languages you can add: English, French, Hebrew, German, Italian, Chinese (Simplified), Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Dutch.

Each language shows a status:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Live** | Built from the source version that is live now |
| **Behind master** | The source page changed after this language was made. Readers still see the older language version until you refresh it |
| **Ahead of master** | This language was built from a newer source version than the live one. This happens after you roll the source page back |
| **Not published** | Learners do not see this language yet |

### Add a language

<Steps>
  <Step title="Publish the source page first">
    Translations are built from the source version learners see, so publish one before you add a language.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the language">
    In **Add a language**, pick the language, then select **Generate translation**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and publish">
    The translation is saved as a draft. Preview it, then select **Make live**. Nothing changes for learners until you publish.
  </Step>
</Steps>

You can generate translations on the **Company academy**, **Channels**, and **Public catalog** tabs. On the **On-demand catalog** tab you can publish and stop serving languages, but you cannot generate a translation.

If a newer source draft is waiting, a warning tells you how many languages will fall out of date when you publish it. Retranslate them afterwards.

### Translate every language at once

The **Company academy** tab has **Translate all languages**. The **Public catalog** tab has **Translate all pages**.

1. Select the button and, if you want, choose one **Language** instead of **All enabled languages**. Enabled languages are the ones turned on for your organization.
2. Select **Start translating**. Languages that are already up to date are skipped, unless you tick **Re-translate languages that are already up to date**.
3. Watch the progress. You can **Stop after the current one**.
4. When it finishes, review the report. Select the publish button, which shows how many translated pages are ready, and confirm to make them live.

Each run is capped at 100 translations. Run it again to continue. Pages without a published source version are skipped.

### Right-to-left languages

Hebrew reads right to left. Text direction, layout, and built-in icons flip on their own. Spacing written into the page with left or right in it does not. Preview the Hebrew version before you publish it.

### Stop serving a language

Select **Stop serving** on a language row, then confirm. Readers in that language see the source-language page instead. The saved versions are kept, so you can publish again later.

If you stop serving the source language on the **Company academy** or **On-demand catalog** tab, every learner returns to the standard page. On the **Public catalog** tab, the page stops being served publicly.

## Channels tab

Pick a channel in **Channel** to see its page versions. Previewing, publishing, rolling back, languages, and translation work the same way.

Older channels may say they predate versioned layouts. Their history is a backup managed from the channel's layout settings. See [Channels](/collaboration/channels#layout-settings).

## Public catalog tab

The **Public catalog** tab has three parts. This may not be enabled for your organization.

| Part | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Live public catalog** | The live styles and the live home page, with **Open live site** and **Preview** |
| **Landing pages** | Each landing page, with its languages and versions. A page that was never published is marked **Draft only** |
| **Styles & widgets versions** | The saved styles for the whole public catalog. Make one live, or roll back to an earlier one |

Publishing, rollback, and translation work as described above. Each landing page has its own languages. Styles are shared across every page.

## Paste your own HTML

Most pages are built with your AI assistant. If you generated a page somewhere else, select **Paste your own HTML** on a tab.

1. Copy the widgets you need into your design.
2. Paste the finished HTML.
3. Select **Check HTML**, then **Save as draft**.

The check shows what survives Juno's cleanup, without saving anything. The page is saved as a draft, so nothing changes for learners until you make it live.
