# SCIM

> Juno's SCIM 2.0 endpoints, which identity providers use to create, update, and deactivate users.

Juno is a standard SCIM 2.0 service provider (RFC 7643 and RFC 7644). Identity providers such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID use these endpoints out of the box: connect yours in [User sync and SCIM](https://docs.junojourney.com/integrations/user-sync-and-scim.md), and it creates, updates, and deactivates users for you.

> [!WARNING]
>
> We don't recommend calling the SCIM endpoints yourself. Use them directly only when no identity provider fits, for example to sync users from an unusual source system.

## If you call them directly

* **URL:** your organization's SCIM URL, `https://scim.the-juno.com/api/v1/scim/v2/<your-organization-id>`. Copy it from **Security → Users Sync**.
* **Token:** your organization's SCIM token, from the same page, sent as a bearer token. It's not a personal access token. It can create and deactivate any user, so treat it like a password.
* **Updates:** send the full user with **Update user** rather than **Patch user**.

**Try it** is turned off on the SCIM pages, so the SCIM token never has to be pasted into the docs.
