# The Journeys Plan

> What's different on the self-serve Journeys plan: a shorter sidebar, workspace Settings, member invites, and the Upgrade page.

export const SupportContact = () => {
  return <Info title="Still need help?">
      Contact us at <a href="mailto:support@junojourney.com">support@junojourney.com</a> or open <strong>Support</strong> from your profile menu in Juno.
    </Info>;
};

export const RelatedPages = ({pages = []}) => {
  if (pages.length === 0) return null;
  return <>
      <br />
      <strong>Related articles</strong>
      <CardGroup cols={2}>
        {pages.map(page => <Card title={page.title} href={page.href} key={page.href} />)}
      </CardGroup>
    </>;
};

export const RoleBadge = ({roles = []}) => {
  const colorMap = {
    Admin: "yellow",
    Manager: "blue",
    Learner: "green",
    "Co-editor": "purple"
  };
  return <>
      {roles.map(role => <span key={role}><Badge color={colorMap[role] || "gray"} size="sm" shape="pill">{role}</Badge>{" "}</span>)}
    </>;
};

Teams that sign up on their own use the **Journeys plan**. It gives you a shorter sidebar, a **Settings** page for your workspace, and an **Upgrade** page for moving to a paid plan. This page shows where everything is.

<Info>
  This page only applies to the Journeys plan. If your sidebar has **Admin** or **Manager**, your organization is on a different plan. See [Navigating Juno](/getting-started/navigating-juno) instead.

## Your sidebar

The Journeys plan sidebar is short. What appears also depends on your role and the modules your organization has turned on.

| Item | What it opens |
| - | - |
| **Home** | Your Home page |
| **My Assignments** | Learning assigned to you. A number next to it counts what you haven't completed. It appears on larger screens |
| **My Content** | Content you created or co-edit |
| **Company Academy** | Your organization's learning library. Your organization can rename it |
| **Events** | Live and virtual events, when events are enabled |
| **Surveys** | Surveys, for people who can create them |
| **Reviews** | Feedback and reviews, when the Feedback module is active |
| **Groups** | Your groups. It appears for Admins |

The sidebar doesn't include **My Development**, **Channels**, **Manager**, or **Admin**. You manage your workspace from **Settings** instead.

At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find:

| Item | What it does | Who sees it |
| - | - | - |
| **Create** | Starts new content | Everyone |
| **Notifications** | Opens your notification panel. See [Notifications](/getting-started/notifications) | Everyone |
| **Workspaces** | Switch to another workspace you belong to | People who belong to more than one |
| **Upgrade** | Opens the [Upgrade page](#upgrade-your-plan) | Admins |
| **Settings** | Opens [workspace Settings](#workspace-settings) | Everyone |
| **Your name** | Opens your profile. **Log Out** is at the bottom of the profile panel | Everyone |

## Workspace Settings

Select **Settings** in the sidebar. The tabs you see depend on your role.

| Tab | What it's for | Who sees it |
| - | - | - |
| **General** | Your workspace name and logo | Admins |
| **Appearance** | The background color of Juno | Everyone |
| **Members** | The people in your workspace | Admins |
| **Upgrade** | Plans and pricing | Admins |
| **Profile** | Your display name and photo | Everyone |

Admins open on **General**, and Learners open on **Profile**. Select the close icon at the top right to return to Home.

### General

<RoleBadge roles={["Admin"]} />

1. Select **Update** under **Photo** to upload a logo.
2. Edit **Workspace name**. You can rename your workspace at any time.
3. Select **Update** to save.

### Appearance

Choose a **Background**: **Light**, **Dim**, **Night**, **Twilight**, or **Quiet**. Juno applies it right away and remembers it in the browser you're using, so set it again on another device.

You can also switch between light and dark from **Display Preferences** in your account menu. See [Navigating Juno](/getting-started/navigating-juno#your-account-menu).

### Profile

Edit your **Display Name** and **Photo**, then select **Update**. To log out, open your profile from your name at the bottom of the sidebar and select **Log Out**.

## Members

<RoleBadge roles={["Admin"]} />

The **Members** tab lists everyone in your workspace. Use **Filter by name or email** to find a person. Select a row to open that person's profile.

The list shows people in this order:

1. **Pending invitations.** People who haven't joined yet. Select **Resend Email** to send the invitation again.
2. **Active members**, with their **Last Activity**.
3. **Disabled members**, shown with a red **Disabled** button. Select it to turn the person back on.

Each active member has a **Role** menu with **Owner**, **Creator**, and **Learner**. **Disable Member** turns a person off without deleting them.

### Invite people

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the invite dialog">
    On the **Members** tab, select **Invite Members**. The **Invite people** dialog opens.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share a link or add emails">
    Select **Copy** to copy a sign-up link you can share. Or enter an **Email Address**, choose a role, and select **Add**. Repeat for each person. They appear under **Invitations**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the invitations">
    Select **Send invites**. Each person gets an email with a link to join.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  The invite dialog offers **Learner** and **Admin**. **Admin** there is the same level as **Owner** in the Members list.
</Note>

### Member limits

Some plans include a member limit. When your workspace reaches it, **Invite Members** is replaced by **Upgrade**, and inviting someone new from a learning's **Share** menu takes you to the Upgrade page. Admins can upgrade to add more people. If you aren't an Admin, ask one.

## Upgrade your plan

<RoleBadge roles={["Admin"]} />

Open the Upgrade page from **Upgrade** in the sidebar, from the **Upgrade** tab in **Settings**, or from the **Upgrade** button that replaces **Invite Members** when you reach your member limit.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Choose how you're billed">
    Use the **Monthly** and **Annually** switch above the plans. **Annually** is selected by default.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Compare the plans">

  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a plan">
    Select the button on the plan you want. It reads **Upgrade now** by default.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    A checkout window opens on the page with your name and email filled in. Follow the steps to finish. Close it to go back to the plans without buying.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Plans and prices change over time, so this page doesn't list them. The Upgrade page always shows the current ones.
