# LinkedIn Learning

> Find LinkedIn Learning content in the On-Demand Catalog and access it through your organization's subscription.

## Overview

LinkedIn Learning offers video courses on business, creative, and technology skills. LinkedIn Learning content shows up in the On-Demand Catalog next to your other learning sources.

## Find LinkedIn Learning content

You have two options:

* **On-Demand Catalog**: browse or search the catalog, and use the **Providers** filter to show only LinkedIn Learning.

* **Custom request**: if the learning you want isn't in the catalog, submit a [custom request](/budget/requests#custom-requests).

LinkedIn Learning also appears under **Subscribe to Your Favorite Websites** on the catalog page, together with LinkedIn Learning recommendations.

## Access your learning

LinkedIn Learning is a subscription provider. Seats are managed by your admin at the organization level, so you don't need a separate request for each course. Open the course from the catalog, log in to LinkedIn Learning with your seat, and start learning.
