# Manager Dashboard

> Your management hub — team members, content assignment, analytics, and budget.

## Overview

The **Manager** section appears in your sidebar when you have a Manager role or higher. It's your hub for team learning and development.

## Manager tabs

| Tab           | What it is                                         | Route         |
| ------------- | -------------------------------------------------- | ------------- |
| **Employees** | Your direct reports — profiles, goals, development | `/managers/0` |
| **Content**   | Assign and track learning for your team            | `/managers/1` |
| **Analytics** | Team learning progress and reports                 | `/managers/2` |
| **Budget**    | Learning requests and credit management            | `/managers/3` |

## Development view

In **My Development → My Team** (`/develop/my-team`), you also see a table of all your team members' goals with commitment and completion status.

## Quick actions

* View team member profiles and goals
* Assign learning with due dates
* Track completion progress
* Drill into row-level activity in [Learning Activities](/managers/learning-activities)
* Approve or deny budget requests
* Export team data to CSV
