# Team Analytics

> Track your team's learning progress, completion rates, and engagement.

## Analytics overview

**Analytics** tab (`/managers/2`) gives you visibility into your team's learning activity.

## Metrics

| Metric                  | What it tracks                  |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------- |
| **Completion rates**    | % of assigned content completed |
| **Time spent**          | Hours spent on learning         |
| **Content engagement**  | Most and least popular courses  |
| **Individual progress** | Per-person activity breakdown   |

## Learning activities

Detailed table of all team learning activity:

* Filter by user, date range, content type, status
* Track quiz and assessment scores
* See who started, completed, or is overdue

## Per-training analytics

You can also view detailed analytics for a specific training (course, quiz, SCORM, Journey, or survey) — including learner tables, status breakdowns, question-level responses, and [bulk actions](/admin/training-analytics-actions) like sending reminders or setting due dates.

## Export

Download reports as CSV for offline analysis. Filter by date range, user, or content before exporting.

## Budget and requests

The **Budget** tab (`/managers/3`) shows learning budget management:

* Pending requests from your team
* Approved and declined requests
* Budget utilization overview (if enabled)

### Approving requests

When a team member requests paid content:

1. You receive a notification
2. Review in the Budget tab
3. **Approve** or **Decline**
4. Approved content appears in their library
