Overview

The Support Panel (/support) is an internal tool for Juno support staff. It provides direct access to tenant management, user accounts, feature flags, and system configuration. Access: Requires support >= 1 in your user permissions. Most tabs require support >= 2.

Tabs

Juno CS Users (/support/users)

Sign into and manage CS (Customer Success) user accounts. Used for impersonation and debugging customer issues. Support level: >= 2

Users Management (/support/users-management)

View and edit detailed user information across tenants:
  • Search users by email, name, or tenant
  • View user profile, permissions, and activity
  • Edit user attributes
Support level: >= 2

Create Account (/support/create-account)

Create new workspace/tenant accounts:
  • Set up new organizations
  • Configure initial settings
  • Provision admin users
Support level: >= 2

Requests (/support/requests)

View and manage support requests:
  • Budget requests
  • Payment issues
  • Content access requests
Support level: >= 1

Feature Flags (/support/permissionByRole)

Control per-role feature access for tenants:
  • Enable/disable features per organization
  • Set permission levels for each feature flag
  • Override default values
Support level: >= 2

Appearance (/support/appearance)

Customize tenant theming and branding:
  • Logo, colors, fonts
  • Sidebar customization
  • Platform appearance settings
Support level: >= 2

Budget Flow (/support/budgetFlow)

Manage budget and credit policies for tenants:
  • Configure credit allocation rules
  • Set spending limits
  • Manage payment integrations
Support level: >= 2

Notifications (/support/notifications)

Configure notification settings for tenants:
  • Email templates
  • Notification channel settings
  • Delivery preferences
Support level: >= 2

Account (/support/account)

Support account settings and profile management. Support level: >= 1

Migrations (/support/migrations)

Handle data migrations from external systems:
  • Cornerstone import
  • Other LMS migrations
  • Data mapping and validation
Support level: >= 2

Company Context (/support/company-context)

Wizard for setting up company/HR data:
  • Organization structure
  • Department hierarchy
  • Company-specific terminology and configuration
