The Manager section appears in your sidebar when you have a Manager role or higher. It’s your hub for team learning and development.

In My Development → My Team, you also see a table of all your team members’ goals with commitment and completion status.

- View team member profiles and goals
- Assign learning with due dates
- Track completion progress and see who is overdue in Learning Management
