Recommended browsers
Juno works best on the latest versions of:- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari (macOS)
Juno is loading slowly
Clear your browser cache:- Open browser settings → Privacy / Clear browsing data
- Clear cached images and files (you can keep cookies if you want to stay logged in elsewhere)
- Reload Juno
- Juno is a web application that requires a stable internet connection
- Test your connection speed — slow or unstable connections affect page loads and video playback
- If you’re on a VPN, try disconnecting temporarily to see if it improves
Pages take a long time to load
If specific pages (like the catalog or analytics) load slowly:- These pages may be loading large amounts of data. Wait for the initial load to complete.
- Try narrowing your search or applying filters to reduce the data being loaded.
- If the issue persists across multiple sessions, contact your admin — it may be a platform-level issue.
Videos buffering or freezing
See Video Playback Issues for detailed video troubleshooting. Quick fixes:- Lower the playback speed (video controls → speed selector)
- Check your internet connection
- Try a wired connection instead of WiFi
Notifications are delayed
Notifications (email, push, Slack, etc.) may be delayed by a few minutes. This is normal — Juno processes notifications in batches. If notifications are consistently very late (30+ minutes), contact your admin. See Notification Issues.Mobile performance
Juno is a responsive web app — no separate mobile app is required. For the best mobile experience:- Use Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS)
- Keep your browser updated
- Close other tabs to free memory
- If performance is poor on your company’s WiFi, try mobile data
