What’s new

This page tracks major updates and new features in Juno. Check back regularly for the latest changes.

New features

  • Restyle Home for your whole organization — admins can restyle Home with Studio plus eight looks (Paper, Horizon, Clean, Deep, Keys, Night, Aurora, Mono), a Strip or Stack layout, and new backgrounds. Saving a new look now asks you to confirm first, because it applies to everyone in the organization. See Homepage Views.
  • Fixed prices per currency on provider plans — a provider plan can have a fixed price in each currency. Learners see that exact price, and prices in other currencies are converted and marked as approximate. See My Budget.
  • Learning time in the general user data report — new Events attended, External content expected, and Total learning time columns, all in minutes. See Analytics reports.
  • MCP access tokens for CI jobs and scripts — Admins with the IT Admin role can create a token that connects a CI job or script to the Juno MCP server without a browser sign-in. Tokens last 365 days and can be revoked at any time. See MCP access tokens.
  • Career Growth search finds positions — search now matches positions as well as departments and families. Family cards show matching positions, and you can open one directly (may not be enabled for your organization). See Career Paths.

Improvements

  • Creators and co-editors assign to anyone — the person who created a unit and its co-editors can assign it to anyone in your organization, from the Share menu or when publishing. Removing people in Training Analytics follows the same rules. Your organization can choose another setup, such as letting managers assign anyone or keeping co-editors to their role’s reach. See Who can assign learning.
  • Credits and payments — organizations can have Juno look for a credit that covers the whole subscription total instead of one month (may not be enabled for your organization). The Payments tab can be filtered by Credit name across your whole date range. See Requests and Payments and requests.
  • Anonymous surveys — the Anonymous Survey switch locks once learners are assigned, and answers are final after submission. See Surveys.
  • Review the explainer storyboard before it renders — edit scenes, narration, look, voice, music, character, and end card first. See Video content.
  • Goals created from a position — goals focus on the skills and competencies you pick. Starting from your own position now frames the goal as growth in your role, not a promotion (may not be enabled for your organization). See Goals.
  • Corrected help center details — due-date reminders are optional and sent 7 days before, 1 day before, and 2 days after the due date (Assigning learning). Push notifications go to browsers, because Juno has no mobile app (Email, SMS and Push). Juno always pushes event invites and updates to connected calendars (Calendar sync). SMS and WhatsApp are off by default (FAQ). Slack works one way, with Juno posting into linked channels (Slack). SCIM covers users only (User sync and SCIM). API access is included on every plan, with the same limits for everyone (API overview).
  • “Is Juno accessible?” FAQ — a new answer explains where Juno stands on WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility. See FAQ.
  • New-version notices — pages for features that have a new version now say so, and link to it. The new version rolls out gradually, so you might not see it yet.

Bug fixes

  • Long SCORM 1.2 courses reopen where learners stopped — resume data longer than 4,096 characters is now kept, so long packages such as Storyline courses pick up where the learner left off. See SCORM content.
  • Links in position descriptions — links you add to a position description are now kept and open in a new tab. See Career Growth.

New features

  • Insight Dashboards — build dashboards from widgets for one course, event, quiz, or Journey, or for your whole organization, and publish them for other admins (may not be enabled for your organization). “Right now” widgets (Overdue right now, Never opened, Stuck in progress, Due in the next 5 days, Where the contents stand right now) split by content, department, location, manager, or job title, with a Behind this number panel. Recommended dashboards by content category include Onboarding ramp, Compliance watch, Enablement adoption, and Development momentum. See Insight Dashboards, Right now widgets, and Start a dashboard.
  • Group learners in the Learners table — group learners by department, location, manager, job title, role, or a custom attribute, with a group rail and group header rows. See Training analytics.
  • New Content Management table — see each unit’s catalog, channel, and workspace publication, with Learners and Last published columns, filters on every column, and bulk publish, archive, tag, channel, and share actions (may not be enabled for your organization). See Content Management (new).
  • HTML lessons with your AI assistant — your assistant builds an interactive lesson in a draft workspace, you preview and comment on it, and it saves as a SCORM-tracked unit. Edit saved lessons and uploaded packages as new versions. You can also preview any earlier version of a SCORM unit and restore it from Version history; restoring adds a new version and keeps the history. See HTML lessons and Version history.
  • Start from a prompt in your AI assistant — a sparkle button in the + Create menu opens a ready-made prompt for a Course, Journey, Quiz, or SCORM unit in Claude or ChatGPT. Similar buttons appear on channel headers and on course, Journey, quiz, and SCORM analytics. Managers and Admins who haven’t connected an assistant see a connect card instead (may not be enabled for your organization). See Create and collaborate and MCP overview.
  • Jaden in the course editor — switch individual changes on or off, keep or discard everything in one save, see a section as it was before, and work in a side panel instead of full screen. The Juno assistant can also hand a course request straight to Jaden. See AI in the editor.
  • MCP: more for your assistant to do — list a page’s saved versions (channel, Company Academy, On-Demand Catalog, public academy) and reuse or roll back to an earlier design. Ask about learning data (insights, dashboards, Learning Activities) as a Manager or Admin, then save a request as a Learning Activities view. Design the On-Demand Catalog page with personalized recommendation rows, saved as a draft until an Admin publishes it. See MCP tools, Learning data, and On-Demand Catalog page.
  • Manage your pages — the new Admin → Settings → Pages shows what is live on your academy, catalog, and channel pages. Preview any version, publish or roll back, and add translated languages. See Pages.
  • Designed On-Demand Catalog and recommendation strips — lay out search, wallet, recommendation rows, and website subscriptions your own way. Custom recommendation strips are rows of external learning built around a theme, personalized for each learner by job title, department, skills, language, enabled providers, and remaining budget. See A designed catalog page and Custom recommendation strips.
  • Content grid card — admins hand-pick up to six items to show as a Start here card in a homepage view. See Homepage Views.
  • Channel topic layout — each topic can override the channel’s default sort, view, and card size, and channel admins can set a custom order inside a topic. See Channels.
  • Show or hide sidebar items — admins can show or hide sidebar items for learners and managers from Settings → Navigation (may not be enabled for your organization). See Customization.
  • Credits and requests — Coaching is now a request type in the custom request form, and credit policies can require approval for it. Admins can cancel the open requests of users who are no longer active, which releases the credit. Seeing the Credits tab is now a separate permission from managing credits, so managers or admins can view credits read-only. See Requests, Cancel a request, and Credits permissions.
  • Skill descriptions on career maps — skill descriptions now show under the skill name on positions. Admins add them in Skills Management (may not be enabled for your organization). See Career Paths.
  • Skills Analytics — see where your organization’s learning investment goes, by knowledge, skill, and tool, across external courses, internal learning, and development plan goals (may not be enabled for your organization). See Skills Analytics.
  • Notification Settings guide — control which notifications your organization sends, through which channels, and customize their message text (may not be enabled for your organization). See Notification Settings.
  • Accredible guide — Accredible issues certificates automatically when learners complete a course, Journey, SCORM unit, or survey (may not be enabled for your organization).

Improvements

  • Scoped admins can open Learning Management — admins for only Content, Events, or Budget can open Learning Management and see just the rows for their area. See Learning Management.
  • SCORM search status — the SCORM editor shows whether a unit is searchable by its content or only by title, tags, and description, and where Juno read its text. See SCORM content.
  • Classic home page — roles that keep the classic home page get an AI icon next to search that opens the Juno assistant, and admins can give some roles the new Home page while other roles stay on the classic one. See Home.
  • Archived learning — archived learning is hidden from every internal catalog, and admins get an Archived option in the Status filter. See Catalog.
  • Customer-training workspaces — these workspaces hide employee-only parts of Juno: manager, position, hire date, and employee ID fields, columns, filters, and automation options. See Managing users.
  • Why a request needs approval — the Approve Request dialog explains in plain language why a request needs approval under the credit policy, with any policy note shown as Additional info. See Payments and requests.
  • Instructors see the sessions they teach — sessions appear on the instructor’s Calendar and Home calendar, even when they aren’t registered as attendees. See Events calendar.
  • Starting skills from your position — at first sign-in, your starting skills are filled in from the position that matches your job title. The separate Profiles tab in Admin Settings is retired in favor of Career Growth positions. See Competencies and skills.

Bug fixes

  • Survey exports include deactivated users — exports now include answers from deactivated users. See Surveys.
  • SCORM preview, re-upload, and invalid scores — uploaded SCORM packages can be previewed and re-uploaded from the editor again, with the Download link back. A package that saves an invalid score, such as NaN from some Adobe Captivate quizzes, no longer locks learners out of the unit. See SCORM content.
  • Journeys shared from another workspace — learners now see each step’s content and their own step statuses. See Journeys.
  • Journey certificate templates — the selected template is outlined in the Manage Certificates grid, and Save asks before overwriting an existing Journey certificate. See Journeys.
  • Who can assign learning — an organization-wide minimum role now takes priority over the own-reports limit. Managers still assign to their own reports by default. See Permissions.
  • Custom attributes for managers — managers no longer see custom attributes that aren’t marked Visible to manager in learning management and learner analytics. See Managing users.
  • Public links for guests — guests who open a Course through a public link now stay on the completion summary instead of landing on a blank page. See My Learning.
  • Goals — CSV uploads are read as UTF-8, so titles with accents or non-Latin letters import correctly. Empty, untitled goal drafts left on the first creation step are removed automatically after about a day. See Goals.

New features

  • MCP: connect your AI assistant — a new MCP tab explains how to connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible assistants to Juno, with a setup guide for each, plus security and troubleshooting pages. See MCP overview, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Other clients.
  • MCP: design pages with your assistant — assistants can design and publish a custom Company Academy page with versions and translations (for Admins), and design channel pages and topics, add or remove channel content, and create or delete channels, with confirmation before anything destructive. They can also customize the public academy site and its landing pages, saved as drafts until published (may not be enabled for your organization). See Company Academy page, Channel pages and topics, and Public academy site.
  • MCP: guided first build — a step-by-step start for people new to Juno that builds a branded channel, courses, an explainer video, an interactive lesson, and a Journey, and teaches the prompts (may not be enabled for your organization). See Guided first build.
  • Salesforce integration — connect your Salesforce org so learning activity syncs to Salesforce records, create Juno learners automatically from Salesforce Contacts, and see Juno records and reports inside Salesforce (may not be enabled for your organization). See Salesforce, Activity sync, Provisioning, Records and reports, and Troubleshooting.
  • Portal SSO — sign learners into Juno straight from your own portal, with no identity provider required (may not be enabled for your organization). See Portal SSO.
  • Stripe and priced content — sell learning content with Stripe: price units, take payment at checkout, and lock paid content behind a paywall (may not be enabled for your organization). Admins can review every purchase of a priced Course or Journey in a filterable, exportable Purchases table. Managers who can only assign to their own team now pay at checkout when they assign priced content, and everyone selected is assigned once payment goes through. See Stripe, Stripe purchases, and Paying when you assign.
  • Permissions guide — see and change what each person can do: base role, per-area admin access, and named roles, from Admin → People → Permissions. See Permissions.
  • Homepage views (beta) — admins build views of up to three cards, choose who sees them, and manage them from the view switcher. Learners switch between views and pin the cards they check most. See Building a view and Homepage Views.
  • Learners table: suggested views and more columns — one-click views (Overdue, Due this week, Not started, Stalled, Almost done, Low scores, Self-enrolled), custom attribute columns and filters, sortable columns, and new Assigned At, Last activity, and quiz Number of attempts columns. See Suggested views and Columns and sorting.
  • Share units across workspaces — admins can share a course, quiz, interactive lesson, or Journey with other workspaces in the organization. Receiving workspaces get the unit read-only in their company catalog, assign their own people, and see their own learners’ results. The owner’s Analytics gets a Workspace column and filter (may not be enabled for your organization). See Workspace sharing.
  • Journey steps — add Video, File, and Audio steps from the new Add step list, without building a course around them (may not be enabled for your organization). Require full watch on a video step, so learners can’t skip ahead and Finish unlocks at the end of the video. Add a Blog Post as a step in a new Journey, and Juno creates the post and opens the editor right away (may not be enabled for your organization). Add an LTI tool from Add step and learners use it inside the Journey page. See Video, audio, and file steps, Require full watch, Blog Post steps, and LTI tools.
  • Embed a course on your website — copy an embed snippet for a course from Permission & Control to show it on your own website (may not be enabled for your organization). See Courses.
  • Design your academy and channels — admins can replace the standard Company Academy banner and library layout with their own page. Channel layout settings cover default view and sort, header style, topics as folders or section rails, card size, and accent color, and content cards on a designed channel page can follow the page’s colors, corners, borders, and font. The browser tab now shows your organization’s logo icon instead of the Juno icon after sign-in. See A designed Company Academy page, Layout settings, Designed channel pages, and Your logo in the browser tab.
  • Groups list and CSV export — search, sort, and filter groups by type, your role, and fully managed groups, with type chips and admin avatars on each card. Export the list to CSV, and the file follows your current search, filters, and sort. See The groups list and Export to CSV.
  • Text & Labels for the Juno assistant — rename the assistant’s greetings, subtitle, and input placeholder, per language. See Customization.
  • Certifications on your profile — each certification shows its expiration date and a Valid, Expires soon (within 90 days), or Expired status. Juno does not send expiration reminders. See Certifications.
  • Grow My Career — on a career map position, pick the skills and competencies with gaps and create a goal from them (may not be enabled for your organization). See Goals.

Improvements

  • Learners table and Journey analytics — an Updated chip lets admins refresh unit analytics on demand. Journey analytics adds a Learner flow ribbon and step list that show where learners stall, with the Journey title and a Live, Draft, Active Draft, or Archived chip above the tabs. See Refresh the data and Learner flow.
  • Homepage views folded into For you — the Learning, Growth, and Team homepage views are now part of For you. Focused sets of cards come from views that admins or learners create. See Homepage Views.
  • Video — Wistia video links play in course video blocks, pasted embeds, and Journey video steps. Explainer video captions show in short phrases timed to the narration, and a WebVTT captions file comes with the video. See Wistia videos and Captions.
  • Pinned channels row — larger tiles when four or fewer channels are pinned, and compact chips for five or more. See Knowledge Hub.
  • Budget and prices — My Wallet is hidden in the catalog when your organization offers free content only. Your organization has one budget currency, and catalog and request prices appear in it. Subscription requests show the total price, the number of monthly payments, and how much has already been charged to the card, both when you request and when an approver reviews. The Pending your approval widget on the Budget Overview lists only requests where it is your turn to approve. See My Budget, Requests, Vouchers, and Budget and credits.
  • Event activity heatmap — group learners by more user attributes, including custom attributes your role can see. See Events Hub.

Bug fixes

  • Learning Management exports with Request Status — exports and reports now generate correctly when the Request Status filter is set. See Learning activities.
  • Content area admins in analytics lists — content area admins now see everyone in the content analytics lists under Admin, not only their own reports. See Permissions.
  • Juno assistant reports — See full report and views saved from chat now open the Learning Management table with your question’s filters and sort already applied. See Juno Assistant.
  • Moving cohort sessions — cohort sessions can be moved to another week by dragging over a week tab or changing the start time, and the calendar follows the session. See Cohorts.

Newly documented

These features shipped before August 2026 and now have help-center pages:
  • Survey Question Bank and analysis — reusable questions with types, tags, archive, a Juno Managed set, per-question analytics, and an Add from Question Bank flow in the survey editor. Open-text questions get Sentiment Analysis and AI-generated Responses Analysis themes. The new admin guide also explains the three survey types and how each is assigned. See Question Bank and Open-text questions.
  • SCORM units from HTML — build a SCORM unit straight from HTML with your AI assistant, with no authoring tool. See SCORM content.
  • xAPI content — add xAPI (TinCan or cmi5) content from the SCORM dialog by linking a vendor-hosted package. It opens in a new window and completes when the package reports it. You can also upload a TinCan or cmi5 package that Juno stores and plays inside the unit page. Both may not be enabled for your organization. See xAPI content.
  • HiBob goals import — Juno Support can import HiBob goals as goals for the matching Juno users, with suggested action items on new goals. Later syncs update the title, description, and due date. See HiBob goals.
  • Organization rooms — admins connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 rooms from Events Settings, then refresh, hide or show, and disconnect them. Event organizers pick a synced room on an event and see whether it is free. See Organization rooms.
  • Events Hub and Events Catalog — admins get one Events area with Calendar, Events Catalog, All Events, Programs, Analytics, and Settings (Instructors, Labels, Rooms). Browse every upcoming event once with its next session, search, filter, and register or join the waitlist from the card (may not be enabled for your organization). See Events Hub and Browsing events.
  • Event analytics and session posters — the Analytics tab shows KPI tiles, an Invited/Registered/Attended funnel, an activity heatmap, and top events, instructors, and labels, with Export XLSX. Admins can generate an AI poster, upload their own, or delete it on Events Catalog cards. See Analytics and Session posters.
  • Instructors as meeting hosts — set an instructor as the meeting host for Zoom sessions and Microsoft Teams sessions. See Instructors.
  • Recurring events — choose Drop-In Series and set a weekly or monthly Repeat pattern with an end date or number of events. See Recurring events.
  • What’s next for you? — the course and quiz completion screen recommends goals, courses, searches, assignments, and events based on your progress. See AI suggestions.
  • Goals Analytics — see plans created, committed, and action items completed, with trends and a completion funnel (may not be enabled for your organization). See Goals Analytics.
  • My Team and Development Settings — My Team lists a manager’s direct and indirect reports with goal progress, and lets managers open their goals, skills, and competencies or create a goal for them. Admins control goal behavior, the goals look, AI suggestion categories, and Company Priorities in Development Settings, and can hide the position count on Career Paths cards and customize the competency rating scale. See Team goals for managers, Development Settings, and Career Paths settings.
  • Manager Learning Management — see who is on track with per-person Progress, Due Date, and Last Activity, and group by User, Department, or Direct Manager to see Overdue Assignments, Overdue Rate, and Completion Rate (of assigned). See See who is on track.
  • Goals tables — the goals table shows Imported and Employee ID columns, and the bulk upload warns that importing notifies each user and sends weekly reminders for up to four weeks while the goal is still a draft. The My Team Goals table for managers is limited to the people they manage. See Organization goals.
  • Proof of completion for external learning — require learners to submit a certificate, signature, duration, or written response when they finish external learning, and use it for audits (may not be enabled for your organization). See Proofs.
  • External provider guides — step-by-step guides for finding, requesting, and redeeming learning from Amazon, Coursera, edX, LinkedIn Learning, and Udemy.
  • Explainer videos — your AI assistant storyboards and renders a designed, narrated video with labels, callouts, and diagrams that teaches with the sound off. See Video content.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud user sync — Juno reads names, work email, job title, department, location, manager, start date, hire date, and employee number. Job details (code, function, family, sub-family) and seniority dates are available on request. See User sync and SCIM.
  • GitHub Copilot and Glean setup guides — connect Juno to GitHub Copilot in VS Code, Visual Studio, or JetBrains, and to Glean so Glean Assistant can work with your learning content.
  • User sync and SCIM guide — User sync and SCIM keeps accounts in sync with your HR system or identity provider.
  • Webhooks guide — Webhooks send a request to your own system when an automation fires (may not be enabled for your organization).

New features

  • MCP: read_unit_text for grounding — a new Juno MCP tool returns a published unit’s full flattened text — including text transcribed from embedded documents, video, and audio — so AI agents can answer or cite from it (RAG grounding). It’s the deep-dive companion to search_lms_content: search for a unit, then fetch its text. See SCORM Content.

Improvements

  • MCP: clearer read-tool names — the read_unit_content MCP tool is now read_unit_content_blocks, to distinguish reading a unit’s structured authoring blocks (for editing) from reading its plain text (read_unit_text, for grounding). AI agents that referenced the old name should switch to read_unit_content_blocks.

New features

  • External guests in cohorts — you can now invite people from outside your organization to a cohort as guests. They receive calendar invitations for each session but don’t need a Juno account. See Cohorts.
  • Event attendance mode — for hybrid events, learners can declare whether they’re attending in person or remotely when they register for a session. The choice can be updated any time before the session starts. See Attending Events.
  • MCP: course authoring tools expanded — the Juno MCP server now includes create_unit, add_section_to_course, update_section_content, read_unit_content, and list_sections_in_course, letting AI agents author complete multi-section courses end-to-end. See SCORM Content. Update (Oct 2026): read_unit_content is now read_unit_content_blocks, and list_sections_in_course was replaced by list_unit_children, which lists the steps of a Journey or the sections of a course, quiz, or survey.
  • MCP: SCORM preview & HTML trace — two new MCP tools (preview_scorm, get_scorm_html_guide — since renamed preview_html_lesson and get_html_lesson_guide) let AI agents play a raw SCORM HTML document in an interactive panel and stream every SCORM API call (Initialize, SetValue, Commit, Finish) plus the live CMI state, so you can verify tracking before packaging. See SCORM Content.

Improvements

  • Co-editors can resolve inline comments — course co-editors can now resolve inline comment threads, not just the original commenter or course owner. See Courses.
  • Publish translations button visible before first publish — the Publish button in the Translations tab is now shown before a translation has ever been published, making the first-publish flow clearer.

Bug fixes

  • Vimeo embeds — Vimeo-hosted videos now embed and play correctly again after a regression that prevented them from loading.
  • Self-enroll in Journey — learners can once again self-enroll in Journeys from the catalog. A regression had blocked enrollment for some users.
  • Block comment resolution — resolved a bug where inline block comments could not be resolved in certain editors.

New features

  • Juno Assistant write actions: send notification — the assistant can now send an email and in-app notification to a cohort of learners. It drafts the subject and body (using dynamic variables like {firstName} and {courseName}), then shows you an approval card so you can review and edit the message before it goes out. See Juno Assistant.
  • Juno Assistant write actions: create automation — the assistant can create a recurring automation rule on a unit (for example, “nudge learners who haven’t completed the course 7 days after enrollment” or “auto-assign onboarding to new Engineering hires”). Before proposing a rule, the assistant checks for overlapping automations on the same content to avoid duplicates. All automations are created paused — the approval receipt includes a one-click Enable button so you review the rule before it goes live. See Juno Assistant.
  • Action receipts in chat — after any approved write action (assign, send notification, create automation), the assistant now embeds a receipt card directly in the chat transcript. The receipt shows what happened — enrolled counts, automation details, or notification audience — and persists across reloads. See Juno Assistant.

Bug fixes

  • Quiz reopen preserves per-question grades — when an admin reopens a quiz attempt for a learner, the analytics view previously showed already-correct answers as “Incorrect.” Per-question grades are now kept when a quiz is reopened, so the analytics view continues to reflect the learner’s original results accurately. See Quizzes.
  • Learning Management column renamed — the Total Learning column in Learning Management views has been renamed to Total Enrollments to better reflect what it counts (every learning activity row, excluding events).
  • Widget title filter no longer drops renamed content — filtering widgets by title now works correctly after content has been renamed. Previously, renamed units could be silently excluded from widget results.

New features

  • Proof Type and Request Tag columns in Learning Management — two new columns in the External Learning group let you see and filter by proof-of-completion type (e.g. Certificate, Signature) and custom request tags. Both support multi-value filtering and their filter state is saved in the URL for bookmarking or sharing. See Content & Learning Management.
  • Waiting list explanation dialog — when a learner joins an event waiting list, they now see a dialog explaining what the waiting list means and what happens next.
  • External attendees in event member lists — participants invited from outside your organization appear in the event attendee list with an EXTERNAL badge and their RSVP status, alongside internal attendees.
  • Juno Assistant write actions: assign unit — the Juno Assistant can now assign a course, Journey, quiz, event, survey, or SCORM package to a set of learners. The action is human-in-the-loop: the assistant shows an approval card and nothing happens until you confirm. See Juno Assistant.
  • Juno Assistant write actions: add content to a channel — the assistant can add a unit to a channel’s library. Like unit assignment, it requires your explicit approval before any change is made. See Juno Assistant.
  • MCP: quiz and journey authoring tools — the Juno MCP server now exposes tools for planning, creating, and configuring quizzes (plan_quiz, configure_quiz, set_quiz_questions) and Journeys (plan_journey, add_unit_to_journey, reorder_journey_items, remove_journey_item), plus a structural validation tool (validate_unit). Update (Oct 2026): set_quiz_questions was removed; use update_section_content to edit quiz questions. reorder_journey_items is now reorder_unit_children, and remove_journey_item is now remove_unit_child; both also work on course, quiz, and survey sections.
  • MCP: company and user context tools — two new MCP tools (get_company_context, update_user_context) give AI agents access to the published company profile (name, industry, mission, values) and per-user preferences, so generated content is grounded in your organization’s identity.
  • OAuth2 consent page redesign — the authorization page for third-party integrations now shows the connecting application’s name, logo, and a plain-language list of the permissions it is requesting, making it easier to decide whether to allow access.

Bug fixes

  • Proof Type and Request Tag filters persist in URL — previously, applying these filters in Learning Management didn’t update the URL, so refreshing or sharing the link lost the filter state. Both filters now round-trip correctly through the URL. See Content & Learning Management.

New features

  • SCORM attempts column in analytics — a new Attempts column on the SCORM learner analytics table shows how many times each learner launched the package. Off by default — contact your CSM to enable it. See SCORM content.
  • Filter chips show names, not IDs — in the Juno Assistant’s learning activity preview, filter chips for units and users now display readable names (for example, Onboarding Course) instead of raw internal IDs. See Juno Assistant.
  • Bidirectional calendar sync — when an admin updates an event’s title, time, or location in Juno, the change is now pushed to attendees’ connected Google or Outlook calendars automatically. See Calendar sync.
  • Calendar label in event settings — event settings now shows the name of the calendar the event is linked to, so you can confirm the right calendar at a glance.
  • Edit session titles during cohort creation — you can now rename individual sessions directly in the cohort creation calendar view before saving. See Cohorts.

Bug fixes

  • SCORM “by score” completion — SCORM packages configured to evaluate by score now correctly mark completion when the package reports success_status = passed, even when fast-scoring packages send the signal before lesson_status. See SCORM content.
  • Sessions inherit calendar from parent event — sessions created under an event now correctly pick up the event unit’s calendar, rather than falling back to a stale session-level value.

Bug fixes

  • Budget overview drill-in to Requests — when you open Requests from the Budget overview, the list now matches the overview’s counts. “Pending approval” includes legacy requests with no stored status, and inherited date filters use the request’s creation date. See Budget & credits.

Bug fixes

  • Group by Unit splits event sessions — in grouped Learning Activities views, Group by Unit now shows one row per event session instead of collapsing every session into a single parent-event row. Each session row keeps its own enrollment, attendance, and duration totals, and drilling into a row filters to that session’s activities. See Content management.

New features

  • cmi5 and Tin Can (xAPI) packages — upload cmi5 and Tin Can packages alongside SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. Learner progress and completion are tracked the same way as SCORM. See SCORM content.
  • Course intro tab and sidebar — Journeys now open with a dedicated intro tab and an updated sidebar so learners can scan course information, requirements, and steps before starting. See Journeys.
  • Meetings tab on Journeys — Journeys with linked sessions now show a Meetings tab listing upcoming and past meetings in one place. See Journeys.
  • Certificates on the new Journey experience — certificates are now issued and downloadable from the redesigned Journey view. See Certifications.
  • Translated published units (API) — fetch published units in a specific language via the ?language= query parameter on the consumer API. See API overview.
  • Attach surveys to events — admins can attach a survey to an event and learners see it in the session card on the event page. See Surveys.
  • Survey-completion automation — a new automation notifies learners who haven’t completed an assigned survey. See Automations.
  • Unit analytics overview and learners table — new overview tab on unit analytics plus a dedicated learners table for per-learner progress. See Training analytics.
  • Hidden User ID column in learning activities — admins can reveal a User ID column under user attributes when exporting or viewing learning activities. See Learning activities.
  • Juno Assistant: smarter docs answers — the assistant now searches Juno documentation directly, returns structured answers with breadcrumbs and a description, and links you to the right page in-app. See Juno Assistant.

Updates

  • RTL support on unit cards — unit cards now render correctly for right-to-left languages.
  • Budget overview improvements — refinements to the Budget overview, plus extra fields included in the budget export. See Budget & credits.
  • Voucher timeline copy — voucher timeline events now read “user” instead of “juno” for clearer attribution. See Vouchers and purchases.
  • My Content cleanup — the Events tab has been removed from My Content; events continue to live under Events calendar.
  • Smart goals from HiBob sync — goals synced from HiBob are now mapped through the smart-goals model for better structure. See Goals.
  • Recording polish — small fixes to the session recording experience.

Bug fixes

  • Event analytics funnels — funnel steps now respect monotonicity and the Over Time chart uses a more readable bucket grain. See Analytics & reports.
  • Analytics export — exports now include anonymous users and exclude deleted users.
  • Edit Blogpost — fixed an issue that prevented editing existing blog posts.
  • Unit intro author — fixed Company Author display on the unit intro screen.
