Notification Center

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner to open the Notification Center. It shows all your notifications in a sidebar panel.

Unread notifications are marked with a blue dot. Click a notification to mark it as read and navigate to the relevant page.

What you get notified about

Juno sends notifications for key events across the platform:

Notification channels

Your organization can deliver notifications through multiple channels:

Which channels are active depends on your organization’s configuration.

Notification preferences

You can manage your notification preferences in Settings. Admins configure organization-wide notification settings at Admin → Settings → Notifications.
