Notification Center

Click the bell icon in the main side bar to open the Notification Center. It shows all your notifications in a sidebar panel.

Tabs

Tab	What it shows
All	Every notification you’ve received
Unread	Only notifications you haven’t opened yet

Unread notifications are marked with a blue dot. Click a notification to mark it as read and navigate to the relevant page.

What you get notified about

Juno sends notifications for key events across the platform:

Category	Examples
Assignments	New learning assigned, survey assigned, event invitation
Due dates	Early warning (7 days), reminder, overdue warning
Goals	Goal created for you, goal completed, expert invited
Budget	Request approved/denied, budget updates
Events	Session invitation, schedule changed, waitlist update
Collaboration	Channel invite, group member joined, comment on content
Validation	Open question graded, task reviewed

Notification channels

Your organization can deliver notifications through multiple channels:

Channel	How it works
System	In-app notification center (always active)
Email	Sent via email
Slack	Posted to your Slack (if integrated)
Teams	Posted to Microsoft Teams (if integrated)
Push	Browser push notification
SMS	Text message (if enabled)

Which channels are active depends on your organization’s configuration.

Notification preferences

You can manage your notification preferences in Settings. Admins configure organization-wide notification settings at Admin → Settings → Notifications.
