Feedback admin panel

Access at Admin → Feedback (/admin/feedback). This is where you configure and manage the entire feedback/review system.

Creating a feedback cycle

See Feedback Cycles for the full cycle workflow. In short:
  1. Create a new cycle with title and description
  2. Add participants (people being reviewed)
  3. Select questions from the question bank
  4. Set scope — which review types (self, peer, manager)
  5. Set timeline — start date, submission deadline
  6. Kick off the cycle — participants receive notifications
  7. Monitor progress in Current Status
  8. Close the cycle when done
  9. Reveal results to individual reviewees

Question bank

Build reusable questions that can be used across multiple cycles:
  • Create competency-based rating questions
  • Create open-ended text questions
  • Manage translations for multi-language support
  • Archive old questions

Rating scale

Define the rating system used in feedback:
  • Set the number of levels (e.g. 1–5)
  • Add descriptive labels for each level
  • Optionally enable an N/A option per cycle
  • Configure translations

Competencies in feedback

Control which competencies appear in feedback forms and their display order. Competencies are defined in the career paths/development section and referenced here for review cycles.
