Overview

Admin → Content → Learning Management (/admin/1/learning-management) shows every learner’s interaction with every training unit across your organization in a single, filterable table. Learning Activities table

Table columns

The table displays learner activity data across these columns (customizable):

Statuses

Filtering

The table supports extensive filtering to narrow results:

Content filters

  • Unit types — Course, Journey, Quiz, SCORM, Survey, Event, etc.
  • Unit names — search with autocomplete
  • Unit languages and Unit creators
  • Providers — for external content

User filters

  • User name — search with autocomplete
  • User managers and User statuses
  • Department, Location, Company
  • Role, Job title
  • Custom user attributes

Status filters

  • Statuses — Completed, In Progress, Not Started, etc.
  • Due date status — Past due, Due, Due soon, On time, No due date
  • RSVP status — for events
  • Request status — for content requests

Date range filters

  • Assigned at, Started at, Completed at, Due date — each with from/to date pickers

Column customization

Customize which columns are visible:
  • Click the column settings icon in the toolbar
  • Toggle columns on/off
  • Column preferences are saved per user and persist across sessions

Saved views

Save filter + column configurations as named views for quick access. Switch between saved views to quickly toggle between different report perspectives.

Exporting

Export the current table data to CSV:
  1. Apply your desired filters and sorting
  2. Click the Export button in the toolbar
  3. The export runs server-side — you can navigate away while it processes
  4. When ready, you receive a notification with a download link
The export respects your current filters and sort order.
