What is Juno’s feedback system?

How a typical feedback cycle works

1

Admin creates a cycle

Sets the name, timeline, participants, competencies, and review scope (self, peers, manager).
2

Cycle kicks off

Participants receive notifications with their feedback tasks.
3

Everyone submits feedback

Complete your self-review, peer reviews, and/or manager reviews before the deadline.
4

Cycle closes

Admin ends the cycle. Results are locked.
5

Results revealed

Admin reveals results to reviewees. You can see your ratings and feedback.
