Goals Analytics

Overview

Goals Analytics shows how people create, launch, and complete goals. Managers see the people they manage. Admins see the whole organization. Open it from the Goals Analytics tab in My Development. The tab isn’t shown on small screens.

In this view, a “plan” is a goal. Committed means the person launched the goal.

Filter bar

The filter bar at the top applies to everything on the page.

Control	What it does
Total activities / Unique users	Counts every activity, or counts each person once
Time period	Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, All time, or Custom. The default is Last 12 months. With Custom, pick a From and To date
Department / Location	Groups the breakdown cards by department or by location

What you see

Section	What it shows
Plans Created, Plans Committed, Action Items Completed	Three cards with the total for the period. Each compares with the previous period of the same length and shows the change
Breakdown cards	The same three measures split by department or location
Engagement Over Time	A monthly chart of plans created, plans committed, and action items completed
Completion Funnel	How goals move from Plans Created to Plans Committed, In Progress, and Completed, with the overall conversion from created to completed

Use Unique users to see how many people are active. Use Total activities to see how much activity there is.

If there is no data for the period, the page shows “No data available”. Try a longer time period.
