Goals I Support
When someone invites you as an expert (mentor) on their goal, or adds you as a learning partner, you support their progress from the Goals I Support view in My Development. Switch between My Goals and Goals I Support at the top of the Development Plans tab.
The My Goals / Goals I Support switch appears only when your admin has turned on the learning partner setting. See Development Settings.
Accept or reject a request
A goal where you’re invited as an expert shows Requests your mentorship in: on its card, with Accept and Reject buttons. If you reject, you can share a reason (optional). The goal’s owner is notified of your answer.
Once you accept, select the goal to open it.
What you can do as an expert
Learning partners
When your admin turns on learning partners, people can add one when they launch a goal. A learning partner can see the goal and the person’s ongoing progress. Learning partners are peers who support each other’s development.
