What are suggestion cards?
When you open the home page, Juno surfaces suggestion cards — personalized actions based on your role, activity, and deadlines. These help you take action quickly without searching.
Types of suggestion cards
Smart action cards
Generated by Juno based on your activity and context:
| Card | When it appears |
|---|
| Assignment due soon | You have learning with an upcoming deadline |
| Pending budget request | A budget request is waiting for approval |
| Goal needs attention | A goal hasn’t been updated recently |
| Waitlist spot available | A spot opened in an event you’re on the waitlist for |
| Unused voucher | You have an unspent learning voucher |
| Upcoming event | An event is coming up on your calendar |
You can dismiss or snooze any card — Juno will resurface it later if still relevant.
Preset cards
Always available based on your modules:
| Card | What it does |
|---|
| Browse company training | Open the Company Academy |
| Explore external learning | Open the On-Demand Catalog |
| Create a course | Start creating new content (admins) |
| Check your goals | View your development goals |
| Upcoming events | See your event calendar |
How it works
Click any suggestion card to start a conversation with the Juno assistant. The assistant routes your request to the right part of the platform and responds inline.
The Juno assistant uses specialized agents behind the scenes:
| Agent | What it handles |
|---|
| Goals | Create goals, build development plans, suggest action items |
| Knowledge | Connect to Google Drive, Calendar, JIRA, and other external apps |
| Analytics | Run data queries about your team or organization |
Category filters
Below the suggestion cards, you’ll see category filters:
- Build & Improve — content creation and improvement actions
- Explore — discovery, recommendations, learning budget
Click a category to see relevant prompts you can ask the Juno assistant.
