When can I see my results?
Your feedback results become available after:
- The cycle closes (admin ends it)
- Your admin reveals results to you specifically
Until both conditions are met, you won’t see your ratings or comments. This gives the admin control over when and how results are shared.
Viewing your results
Go to Reviews → Past Reviews to see results from completed cycles.
Your results show:
| Section | What you see |
|---|
| Competency ratings | A table showing your rating on each competency, broken down by: self, manager, peers, and overall average |
| Open question answers | Written feedback grouped by reviewer type (self, manager, peers) |
| Progress overview | How many reviews were completed (e.g. “3 of 4 peers submitted”) |
How ratings are displayed
For each competency, you’ll see:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|
| Self | Your own self-assessment rating |
| Manager | Your manager’s rating |
| Peers | Average rating from all peer reviewers |
| Average | Overall average across all reviewer types |
The rating scale (e.g. 1–5) has labeled descriptions so you can understand what each number means.
Is feedback anonymous?
Feedback is grouped by reviewer type (self, manager, peers) but individual peer responses are aggregated. You see the average peer rating and grouped peer comments — not who said what.
Your manager’s feedback is identifiable since there’s typically one direct manager reviewer.
What to do with your feedback
- Look for patterns — if multiple reviewers flag the same area, it’s worth attention
- Compare self vs. others — gaps between your self-assessment and others’ ratings reveal blind spots
- Create a goal — use feedback insights to create a development goal in My Development
- Talk to your manager — discuss the results and align on a development plan
