The four tabs
Which tabs you see depends on your organization’s setup. The Public catalog tab only appears when your organization’s public catalog is turned on. This may not be enabled for your organization. Ask Juno support to turn it on.
Versions: preview, publish, and roll back
Every time a page is saved, Juno stores it as a new version. A saved version never changes. Publishing picks which version learners see. Each version shows its number, who saved it, when, and a status:
Open a language row to see its versions, newest first. Each version has these actions:
1
Open the language
On a tab, select the language row, for example English, to open its saved versions.
2
Preview the version
Select Preview on the version you want to check.
3
Make it live
Select Make live, then confirm. To roll back, do the same on an earlier version. The version that was live stays saved.
Languages and translation
A page has one source language, marked Source. Every other language is a complete copy of the source page in that language, with its own versions. Readers whose language is not published see the source-language page. Languages you can add: English, French, Hebrew, German, Italian, Chinese (Simplified), Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Dutch. Each language shows a status:Add a language
1
Publish the source page first
Translations are built from the source version learners see, so publish one before you add a language.
2
Choose the language
In Add a language, pick the language, then select Generate translation.
3
Review and publish
The translation is saved as a draft. Preview it, then select Make live. Nothing changes for learners until you publish.
Translate every language at once
The Company academy tab has Translate all languages. The Public catalog tab has Translate all pages.- Select the button and, if you want, choose one Language instead of All enabled languages. Enabled languages are the ones turned on for your organization.
- Select Start translating. Languages that are already up to date are skipped, unless you tick Re-translate languages that are already up to date.
- Watch the progress. You can Stop after the current one.
- When it finishes, review the report. Select the publish button, which shows how many translated pages are ready, and confirm to make them live.
Right-to-left languages
Hebrew reads right to left. Text direction, layout, and built-in icons flip on their own. Spacing written into the page with left or right in it does not. Preview the Hebrew version before you publish it.Stop serving a language
Select Stop serving on a language row, then confirm. Readers in that language see the source-language page instead. The saved versions are kept, so you can publish again later. If you stop serving the source language on the Company academy or On-demand catalog tab, every learner returns to the standard page. On the Public catalog tab, the page stops being served publicly.Channels tab
Pick a channel in Channel to see its page versions. Previewing, publishing, rolling back, languages, and translation work the same way. Older channels may say they predate versioned layouts. Their history is a backup managed from the channel’s layout settings. See Channels.Public catalog tab
The Public catalog tab has three parts. This may not be enabled for your organization.
Publishing, rollback, and translation work as described above. Each landing page has its own languages. Styles are shared across every page.
Paste your own HTML
Most pages are built with your AI assistant. If you generated a page somewhere else, select Paste your own HTML on a tab.- Copy the widgets you need into your design.
- Paste the finished HTML.
- Select Check HTML, then Save as draft.
